曹鳳岐1945年7月生於吉林省扶餘縣(現為松原市)。1965年考入北京大學經濟系政治經濟學專業。1970年留校任教至今,現為北京大學光華管理學院教授、北京大學金融與證券研究中心主任;並任國務院學位委員會學科評議組成員,教育部社會科學委員會委員,中國金融學會常務理事,中國投資學會常務理事,北京市金融學會副會長等職。
曹教授長期從事宏觀經濟管理、股份經濟、金融與證券方面的教學與科研工作。他是最早提出在中國要進行產權制度改革、推行股份制、建立現代企業制度的學者之一,他在經濟體制改革理論與實踐方面具有很深的造詣,做出了突出貢獻。
曹教授參與了《中華人民共和國證券法》和《中華人民共和國證券投資基金法》的起草工作;主持多項國家和教育部等重點科研專案,出版了20餘本專著、教材,發表200餘篇學術論文,多次獲省部級以上科研獎。代表著作有《貨幣金融學》(主編,1989年)、《中國企業股份制的理論與實踐》(主編,1989年)、《中國企業的跨國經營》(與厲以寧合編,1996年)、《股份制與現代企業制度》(1998年)、《中國企業管理教學案例》(與厲以寧合編,1999年)、《股份經濟論》(2001年)、《資本市場論》(主編,2002年)、《中國上市公司管理》(主編,2003年)等。
CAO Fengqi
Professor, Guanghua School of Management; Director, Research Center for Finance and Securities, Peking University
Cao Fengqi was born in Jilin Province in 1945. He graduated from the Peking University in 1970, and since then, he has been teaching at the university. Prof. Cao is presently the Professor of Guanghua School of Management, Peking University; the Director of Research Center for Finance and Securities, Peking University. Prof. Cao is appointed the Council Member of Academic Degree Assessment Committee, State Council, P.R.C; Committee Member of Committee of Social Science, Ministry of Education P.R.C; Executive Director of Chinese Finance Association and Chinese Investment Association; Vice-chairman of Beijing Finance Association and so on.
For a long time, Prof. Cao made scientific researches on the macro-economical management, stock economy, financial and the securities. He is one of the scholars who most early proposed that it must carry on property system reform in China, carry out joint stock system and establish modern enterprise system. He had quite high attainments in the economic system reform theory and the practice and made the prominent contribution.
Prof. Cao has participated in the draft work of ‘The People’s Republic of China negotiable securities law” and “The People’s Republic of China negotiable securities investment fund law”, and managed many key scientific research projects of National and the Ministry of Education, published more than 20 monographs and teaching materials, more than 200 academic these, and attained many scientific research awards. His major publications include Money and Banking (chief editor, 1989), Theory and Practice of the Sharing System in China(chief editor, 1989),Multinational Business of Chinese Enterprises(editor, 1996), Joint Stock System and Modern Enterprise System (1998), Chinese Business Management Teaching Case (editor, 1999), Stock Economy Theory (2001), Capital Market Theory (chief editor, 2002), and Chinese listed company management (chief editor, 2003).
周文耀
香港交易及結算有限公司執行董事、集團行政總裁
周文耀先生自2002年5月1日獲委任為香港交易所的集團行政總裁;他亦同時成為董事會之當然成員。
加入香港交易所前,周先生於1997年4月至2003年4月擔任匯豐投資管理(香港)有限公司亞太(日本以外)地區總裁達6年。
周先生先現在的職務包括:數碼21資訊科技策略諮詢委員會的委員、公司法改革常務委員會的委員、香港大學校務委員會及校董會委員、及國際證券交易所聯會的董事及工作委員會主席。
周先生持有香港大學機械工程學理學士學位、管理學文憑及工商管理學碩士學位;香港中文大學財務學文憑(優異)。同時,他亦是香港大學名譽大學院士、香港理工大學院士、香港管理專業協會、香港特許秘書公會資深會員以及香港電腦學會院士。
CHOW Man Yiu, Paul
Executive Director and Chief Executive, Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited
Paul Chow was appointed Chief Executive of Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEx) on 1 May 2003. In this capacity, Mr. Chow is also an ex-officio member of the Board of HKEx.
Before he joined HKEx, Mr. Chow was the chief executive, Asia Pacific ex-Japan Region, of HSBC Asset Management (Hong Kong) Limited for six years from April 1997 to April 2003.
Mr. Chow is currently a member of the Digital 21 Strategy Advisory Committee of the Government of the HKSAR, the Standing Committee on Company Law Reform, and the Council and Court of the University of Hong Kong. He is also a Director of the Board of World Federation of Exchanges and Chairman of its Working Committee.
Mr. Chow holds a B.Sc. degree in Mechanical Engineering, a Diploma in Management Studies and an MBA degree from the University of Hong Kong, and a Diploma in Finance (Distinction) from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. He is an Honorary Fellow of the University of Hong Kong, a Fellow of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University and the Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries, and a Distinguished Fellow of the Hong Kong Computer Society.

香港中文大學歷史講座教授、比較及公眾歷史研究中心主任
科大衛教授在香港接受教育,中學在聖保羅男校就讀,後在香港大學歷史系攻讀文學學士,再負笈美國普林斯頓大學進修社會學博士。科教授現為香港中文大學歷史系講座教授。赴任中大前,他在英國牛津大學任教中國近代史及擔任該校聖安東尼書院院士。他也曾在八十年代於中大執教達十多年之久。科教授是中國社會宗族史及社會經濟史研究的國際權威。他的主要研究範圍是十六世紀至二十世紀中葉之中國社會及經濟史,特別是華南地區文化與鄉村社會變遷。他擅於結合歷史學和人類學的研究方法,透過口述、碑銘、契約等原始資料,在華南中國地區完成大量田野研究,有關研究結集成書,著作多達十多本,出版論文及書評更不計其數,對華南經濟社會史發展貢獻至鉅。
David FAURE
Professor of History; Director, Centre for Comparative and Public History, The Chinese University of Hong Kong
Professor Faure was born and educated in Hong Kong. He got his Ph.D. degree from Princeton University. He is Professor of History at The Chinese University of Hong Kong. Before joining the University, he taught at St. Antony College, Oxford University where he was University Lecturer in Modern Chinese History.
Professor Faure has published widely in the fields of Hong Kong history, Chinese Social History and Chinese Business History. His publications include, The Rural Economy of Pre-liberation China: Trade Expansion and Peasant Livelihood in Jiangsu and Guangdong, 1870 to 1937 (1989); History of Hong Kong, 1842-1984 (editor, 1995); Company Law and the Emergence of the Modern Firm (1996); In Search of the Hunters and Their Tribes: Studies in the History and Culture of the Taiwan Indigenous People (editor, 2001); Colonialism and the Hong Kong Mentality (2003); Hong Kong: A Reader in Social History(editor, 2003); A Documentary History of Hong Kong, vol. 3 Economy (co-editor 2004); China and Capitalism: A History of Business Enterprise in Modern China (2006); Emperor and Ancestor: State and Lineage in South China (2007).
李培德
香港大學亞洲研究中心助理教授(研究)
李培德,香港出生和長大。1988年香港中文大學歷史系畢業,同年赴日本東京大學留學,專研中國近代經濟史,分別於1991年和1995年取得文學碩士和文學博士學位。現任香港大學亞洲研究中心助理教授(研究),並於香港中文大學歷史系兼任教席。2004年獲Fulbright Hong Kong Scholar Award 赴美國康乃爾大學東亞研究部進行有關上海銀行家歷史研究。目前在進行的研究計劃包括:近代上海銀行業和銀行家;香港製造行業史(1934-2009);民國時期漢冶萍公司史;國共兩黨在香港發展歷史等。先後於1996、1998、2000年在香港籌辦第一、第二、和第三屆中國商業史研討會。2007年獲日本豐田財團贊助,組織中國商業史研究網絡和中國商業史論壇。
LEE Pui Tak
Research Assistant Professor, Centre of Asian Studies, The University of Hong Kong
Dr. Lee Pui-tak was born and educated in Hong Kong. He received his bachelor degree of history from the Chinese University of Hong Kong in 1988; a master and doctoral degree of Asian history from the University of Tokyo in 1991 and 1995 respectively. In 2004, he received the Fulbright Hong Kong Scholar Award to conduct a visiting fellowship at East Asia Program, Cornell University. His current research projects include: history of Shanghai banking and Shanghai bankers; history of Hong Kong manufacturing, 1934-2009; The Han-yeh-ping Coal & Iron Co. in the Republican period; history of KMT and CCP in Hong Kong, etc. In 1996, 1998 and 2000 respectively, Dr. Lee convened the First, Second and the Third Chinese Business History Conference in Hong Kong. In 2007, he received a grant from The Toyota Foundation to organize a research network of Chinese Business History in Asia and convene the Chinese Business History Forums.

前中國證券監督管理委員會首席顧問、前香港證券及期貨事務監察委員會主席
1979年,梁博士於倫敦大學攻讀法律,獲頒法學士。畢業後,梁博士任職私人執業大律師,並曾任高等法院暫委大法官。梁博士現持有英國大律師(格雷寺,1976年)、香港大律師公會(1976年)及美國加利福尼亞州律師(1984年)資格,並在1990年4月獲委任為御用大律師(現改稱資深大律師)。
梁定邦博士積極促進本港及內地金融體系的發展,自1990年代開始擔任多個業界團體的職務。1995至1998年,梁博士出任香港證券及期貨事務監察委員會(「證監會」)主席。1998年,梁先生離任證監會主席,接受總理朱鎔基先生邀請,出任中國證券監督管理委員會首席顧問,協助推動證券業改革。多年來,梁博士對維持香港成為一個健全的國際金融中心,制訂監管世界各地先進市場的統一標準,以及協助內地企業制訂有關在香港聯交所上市的法律監管架構,貢獻至鉅。
此外,梁定邦博士熱心公共事務,所擔任公職包括中國銀行高級顧問;香港醫院管理局董事局成員;香港政府首長級與司法人員薪俸及服務條件常務委員會委員等。在學術方面,梁先生現為多間大學的客座教授,其中包括北京大學、清華大學、浙江大學,並曾獲美國哈佛大學法律學院邀請出任訪問學者及教授。
Anthony NEOH
Former Chief Advisor to the China Securities Regulatory Commission;
Former Chairman, Securities and Futures Commission, Hong Kong
Dr. Anthony Neoh received his LLB from the University of London. He has been Deputy Judge of the High Court. He holds membership in the English Bar (1976 Gray's Inn), the Hong Kong Bar (1976) and the California Bar (1984) and was appointed Queen's Counsel (now retitled Senior Counsel) in April 1990.
Dr. Neoh has contributed immensely to the construction and regulation of the capital markets in Hong Kong and Mainland China. He has served on many business organizations since the 1990s. From 1995 to 1998, Dr. Neoh was Chairman of the Securities and Futures Commission. In 1998, he accepted an offer from the Prime Minister Zhu Rongji and became the Chief Adviser to the China Securities Regulatory Commission, with the duty to revamp the securities market in China. Over the years, Dr. Neoh has made remarkable contributions towards developing uniform regulatory standards for financial markets and preserving Hong Kong's integrity as an international financial hub. He has also played a key role in facilitating the listing and proper regulation of mainland enterprises on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
Dr. Neoh is active in public service. He has been the Senior Adviser of the Bank of China, Member of the Board of the Hospital Authority and Member of the Standing Committee on Directorate Salaries and Conditions of Service Standing Committee on Judicial Salaries and Conditions of Service. In the academic field, Dr. Neoh has been Visiting Professor of many prestigious universities including Peking University, Tsinghua University and Zhejiang University. He has also been Visiting Professor and Visiting Scholar of the School of Law at Harvard University, USA.
